Lifetime FileSonic Account Suspended
I purchased a lifetime FileSonic account somewhere on November 2011. Yesterday when I tried to log in my account, I got this message. “Your account has been disabled due to multiple DMCA infringing content complaints” I have since file a PayPal dispute against them. The FileSonic account costs me US$149 which is equivalent to SG$200. Now FileSonic is being blacklisted as a professional online scammer that took away funds more than US$1 Billion dollars.
The founder of FileSonic should be wanted more than Megaupload, as FileSonic founder took away more money. Only losers like FileSonic founder will result to scam people. Although SG$200 is a lot to me, I have let PayPal to make the decision upon this matter. If I lost the PayPal case, it will not affect me. As I know one day FileSonic founder will be in deep shit than what Megaupload had received. I am really disappointed that I jump tracks over to FileSonic. Previously when I was using RapidShare, it was all fine. Rapidshare even had law suits against them for infringing contents.
However, they did not shut down customers accounts and told everyone to stay calm. In the end they won the lawsuit and all Rapidshare customers were not affected. 2012 top online scam award should go to FileSonic.com scamming billions of dollars from it’s customers. In the upcoming weeks, you will see how FileSonic survive as more open PayPal disputes were open as I write out this post.
